VENUE ACCESS & PARKING: Venue access to Hall 1, plus Change room and rehearsal space access – 1 hour prior to show time daily. The EY Centre offers over 1800 ground level parking spaces on-site, plus ample space for over sized vehicles. Paid parking, flat rate $8.00 per day. In and out privileges can be granted for an additional charge of $2.00. Go to the main office to purchase in and out privileges pass, and/or purchase remaining parking passes for the duration of the event.

FOOD & DRINK: There is a snack bar located within the venue for your convenience.

PROPS: Prop loading should be done daily prior to show times. Prop unload should also occur daily after show times. Daily prop storage will be available. Be Dance is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged props left overnight.

MUSIC: Music is to be handed in to Be Dance staff no less than an hour prior to show time on the first day of competition. Your music MUST be on a USB key (properly labelled with studio name). All songs must be properly titled and in alphabetical order. Please be sure to have IPod/IPad/laptop on hand for back up use if needed. NOTE: Be Dance competition no longer runs any events off of a CD player. Be Dance is not responsible for any music that skips during a performance or if the wrong edited version is played.
