DESCRIPTION:Event Type: Public Event \nStart Date: 2017-10-14 \nEnd Date: 2017-10-14 \nEvent Location: EY CENTRE: Meeting Rooms A-D \nTake Care Shows: Healthy Mindset will take place on October 14th\, 2017 from 10am-6pm located at the EY Centre. \nIn an effort to give back\, Take Care Show will be giving 50% profit from door admission to our charity\, Ability First Ottawa. \nABOUT OUR CHARITY: \nAbility First Ottawa mission is to assist persons with disabilities to reach their goals in employment skills\, independent living\, recreation\, social skills and art. \nABOUT OUR SHOW: \nJoin us for our interactive demonstrations between the INTUITIVE and MOTIVATION zones throughout the day\, including yoga\, meditation\, martial arts and alternative exercise. \nTickets can be purchased online or at the door for $10.
